Only what you submit. If you complete the contact form or the Start a Conversation flow, we receive your name, email address, organization if you provide one, and whatever you choose to write. If you schedule a meeting, our scheduling provider receives the details needed to book it.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

To respond to your inquiry, to prepare for a conversation you have requested, and to send communications you have asked for. Nothing else.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

This site is not a clinical system and is not intended for protected health information. Please do not include patient-identifying details, clinical records, or confidential organizational information in any form on this site.

This site is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions are stored with Supabase. Scheduling is handled by Calendly. Email is handled by Google Workspace. Each processes information only as needed to provide its service.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email desiree@thecisystem.com and we will take care of it.

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page will change with it.
